Prenatal and Postpartum Care
I have a keen understanding of the perinatal experience. Many years ago I coordinated a prenatal clinic and went on to become a lay midwife for several years. It was a special time of my life. When my daughter was pregnant last year, I gave her Reiki treatments that eased her growing body discomforts and helped her during her labor contractions.

I offer a special Reiki "bundle of care" consisting of monthly sessions during the pregnancy and including one postpartum session which may be done in your home. This "bundle" is offered in Mid-town Manhattan. The cost is $65 per session, which is less than my ordinary charge because I want to support women in pregancy to get the special care they need.

In addition to my counseling, I write and produce videos. See my upcoming film, www.colorsofcompassionmovie.com. I spent many years feeling artistically blocked and that is no way to live! But I learned how to move through it into high gear productivity. I can help you do the same. Call for a 20-minute get acquainted call and let's talk about what projects you want to work on and how I may help. The cost per session is $75.and sessions are done by phone.

I offer a free 30 minute get-acquainted call so that I can know more about your needs and answer any questions you might have. Just send me an email if you would like to schedule this call.

Occasionally clients want to know in advance what kinds of processes I use in sessions. There are two that I use frequently: meridian tapping (aka: EFT) and Focusing. I also provide information to clients such as online audio programs, books, and journal writing assignments that help them to anchor into the progress they make in session. Clients can empower themselves in this way.

All sessions are $75 and are payable by PaPal.
Having a baby requires a lot of care and attention for the mother, partner, other children, and of course, the new infant. Plan for your best care. It's a beautiful and sacred time of life!
